Laughing Cow refuses to melt for me when I try to mix it with pasta. I will need the stress relief, as that is finals week for me!<br /><br />I love pasta, even though I haven&#39;t been eating gluten lately. I love big bowls of pasta, so I would take a serving of pasta and bulk it up with lots of veggies.
