Core Fusion Review

Hi everyone! I'm glad you liked Bebbeh. At least someone does heehee! I think his newfound internet popularity has gone to his head. He was strutting his stuff around the apartment like he was hot stuff this morning. It was nothing a good kick across the living room didn't fix.

My workout this morning was the Exhale: Core Fusion Body-Sculpt dvd. I added this dvd to my netflix list when Dori announced her Core Fusion Challenge. Yesterday I found out that I won the dvd in her giveaway! I'm very excited. Thank you so much Dori.
My Netflix version of Core Fusion arrived yesterday too. I took it as a sign that I needed to try this workout...STAT! Strength training was on the agenda for today and I decided to do the Core Fusion workout instead. The dvd is broken up into 5 ten minute workouts: Arms & shoulders, hips & thighs, glutes, abs, and stretch. I really liked this workout. I honestly didn't think it was going to be as tough as it was, but oh my god, I was literally shaking during the hips & thighs segment and had to put down my 3lb weights a few times during the upper body segment. It reminded me of my ballet classes as a teen and my current pilates and yoga classes...with a little weights thrown in. I'm going to stick with Core Fusion for a few weeks. I already committed to Dori's challenge and I'm excited to see the changes this workout will bring to my body. My boyfriend would disagree, but I think of myself as skinny fat. He says I have muscle tone, but I don't see it (body image issues anyone? hahaha!). Hopefully Core Fusion will give me the results I'm looking for. I'm sore from it, but I feel like my posture is better today from the stretching and lengthening exercises. I give Core Fusion 5 Jersey Shore fist pumps out of 5. If you have an extra $12, buy this dvd off Amazon. You won't regret it!

After my workout, I refueled with a bowl of pumpkin oats.

1/2 cup oats, 1/4 cup fat free cottage cheese, 1/4 cup pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice, and raisins. What a happy bowl of oats!

Hopefully today flys by. It's my Friday and I can't wait to celebrate New Year's Eve tomorrow! Have a fabulous day!

SO glad you liked it. Such a tough workout. They have an Exhale Spa in Boston, so you can try a free class that will come with your DVD. I'd love to hear what you think about the class as well.

I see myself as skinny fat a lot of the time too -- and my boyfriend thinks I am crazy too!

Thanks so much for doing the challenge with me. I am so happy you won the DVD!

I need to check out that video - after the half marathon my goal is to step up the strength training. Something I can do in my apartment is a great bonus!

Congrats on winning a copy - 5 fist pumps sounds like a great review.
