Bebbeh Foam!

Thanks for your feedback on the eating disorder article in my last post. It seems we all agree that what's most important is to be a support system and try to make the holidays less stressful for those suffering from an ED. Thanks for your insight. I enjoyed the discussion and hearing your thoughts.

I got home from work around 2 today and dug into my favorite little snack.


Vanilla Chobani with 1/4 cup Kashi GoLean Crunch.

I read The Secret for a while (I'm a believer), did some household chores, and took a bath. Before I knew it, it was time for dinner. I wasn't very hungry, so I decided to make something light. Broccoli Slaw Pasta was an easy decision.


I steamed the broccoli slaw then mixed it with a Garlic & Herb Laughing Cow. I baked a Quorn Chik'N Cutlet and topped that with Classico Sweet Basil Marinara. Dinner is served.

Some bloggers like to post pictures of their cute dogs or cats. I don't own a dog or cat. I used to have a pug, but he's since passed away :( However, we do have a little someone that pitter patters around the apartment. I'd like to take this opportunity to introduce you guys to my foam roller, Bebbeh. He's a little worse for the wear and has since been replaced. My foam roller has been kind to me and even traveled to Seattle to help relieve my soreness from walking around the city all day. You'd think we'd be nice to him, but he makes it tough. He's a pain in the butt, always getting into mischief and showing up in unexpected places. I keep him around because, well, he's my bebbeh. These are just a few pics of Bebbeh:

Bebbeh got all warped from me having to roll out so much. I bought a new foam roller and the next morning I woke up and found Bebbeh unconscious on the living room floor. He was jealous of the new foam roller and tried to commit suicide! Too bad he failed.

Dramatic much? Geez...get a grip!

He's always trying to workout with me too. He doesn't even have legs. How is he going to run on the treadmill?

Who do you think you are? Olivia Newton-John? You're not getting physical!

Obviously, I'm not a crazy person. This is something Christian and I have been doing for months to make each other laugh. I love my random bebbeh surprises and Christian always cracks up when I surprise him! I have more pictures of Bebbeh doing wild and crazy things. I'll post them every now and then, but I don't want that dumb foam bebbeh to get a big head and think he's some internet celebrity.
