Emma's And Winners!

It's the weekend dahlings! I ended up leaving work early because of some pain issues. I came home and just relaxed for the rest of the afternoon. I talked with my boss and am working fewer hours starting next week. I have to take a bit of a pay cut, but if I can learn to manage my pain better, then it's worth it. Around 4 I cheered myself up with a tub of heaven:

Vanilla Chobani with 1/4 cup Kashi GoLean Crunch. I almost made a cup of coffee to go with it, but I stuck to tea. It wasn't anything like my coffee.

I was feeling better when Christian got home from work so we took a ride to the Promise Land:

I was nice to my wallet and only purchased one of the things I put back the other day (more on my purchase another day). While I was shopping, Christian managed to fit a quick workout in.

He could barely make it out of the store after lifting that much weight. After our Target fun, we headed to Emma's for dinner. If you watch Phantom Gourmet you've seen their annoying commercials. They have pretty good food at CHEAP prices. I ordered a salad with tomato, mushroom, black olives, green pepper, and feta cheese.

I could only eat about half and brought the rest home for lunch tomorrow. Christian ordered the Goldfinger Wrap which is chicken tenders with a honey mustard, buffalo, bbq sauce with lettuce and tomato.

Sorry for the bad quality on the pictures. It was very dark in there. We like Emma's food, but don't enjoy the music they play. Bon Jovi, Nickelback, and Dave Matthews are not appropriate dinner music.

Now on to the winners of the Campbell's Select Harvest Giveaway:

Thanks for the comment on my blog! I went to PC - I don't think Local 121 was there when I was in college. I'd love to go back and check it out.
I love Target! I don't have a car in the city right now but if I did, I think I'd go every day :)

I'm sorry you were hurting yesterday. I hope you wake up this morning feeling much better. It's great that your boss let you cut down your hours a bit. Time to concentrate on health!

Melissa! Just found your blog! It's awesome! And, since you're in Boston (so am I) and love Greek yogurt (so do I!) I couldn't resist sending out a shout out! Fabulous to "meet" you.

That picture is hilarious. I've never heard of Emma's, sound cool!

I'm glad you're able to work something out with work so you can manage your pain. My grandmother started doing some new things and taking different medications for her fibro and she said she's felt better than she has in the past year and a half. I hope the same is true for you Melissa!!

There is no better feeling than buying something you picked up and put back in my book

There are quite a few of you Boston foodie/fitness bloggers. You should get together on rainy days for coffee, and a little blogging of course! ;-)
