Cyber Monday

Someone take me off these retail websites! I see so many things I "need" for myself, but can't find any Christmas presents. I hope everyone is dealing well with being back at work. It's been a busy morning and I'm finally getting a break. I'm glad to be busy though :)
Sorry for not posting last night, I needed to get out of the apartment and went on a little nature walk. After dinner I was tired and the last thing I wanted to do was open up my laptop.

That brings us to this morning. It was very warm (53 degrees!) when I woke up. The nice weather made me excited to go running. I ran 5 miles in 47 minutes. After my shower, I made pumpkin oats. Can't get enough of this breakfast!

1/2 cup oats, 1/4 cup fat free cottage cheese, 1/4 cup pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice, a packet of Sweet N' Low for some extra sweetness (oh my god!!!! I'm going to die!!!!), and blueberries. Yum yum!

My lunch today is the same thing I ate yesterday for lunch. I made two wraps to get rid of random things in the fridge before they went bad. I grilled up portobello mushrooms and mashed chik peas and put them in whole wheat wrap with plain Oikos, fat free cheddar cheese, sprouts, pickles and ketchup.

I managed to drip the Oikos all over my computer keyboard. Good thing my work has a great cleaning supply closet! They must think I'm a pig though. Better the keyboard than my sweater again right?

My Cyber Monday purchases haven't been too bad. I bought a fleece to wear running from Old Navy and a subscription to Real Simple Magazine for $5. I love their recipes. They're really simple. Oh, I'm funny! Have you bought anything yet on Cyber Monday?

I haven't bought anything. I haven't started my shopping at all and I don't even know where to begin. I hate shopping!! Your lunch looks and sounds pretty damn good.

Sweett n low! Ghasp! The horor! They say sweet n low causes cancer, but I feel like everything nowadays does that. I use splenda whenever I bake and used it in my coffee and I have yet to die. I probably just jinxed myself.

That wrap looks really yummy. As for cyber Monday i am avoiding shopping online again. I could do it all day. Ok, maybe I do shop online all day. Heck I have no stores where I live. I bought Ryan his presents already and he bought me mine since Hanukah is in 2 weeks.

Um my keyboard is covered in crumbs. It's like a caveman sits here.

I bought the Real Simple subscription too! Best deal ever. I also got two jars of Nuttzo for free on Opensky :-) But of course no gifts for anyone haha

That wrap looks great - and glad to hear you spilled on your computer and not your sweater!

I have not purchased anything on this Cyber Monday - I have told myself no spending money unless it is a gift. I apparently have bought myself plenty of gifts the last few months - my credit card bill reminds me of this.

Yes get me away from Cyber Monday! Just bought $80 boots from Victoria Secret EEK! But...they were $99 so I'm allowed to feel a little better.

Love your Sweet N Low comment. People really have huge fears of that stuff yet I'm sure half of them chew gum which has the same crap in it!

That wrap looks really tasty! And you folded it so neatly. I have a lot of trouble with that.

Cyber Monday is KILLING me. I haven't bought anything yet, but I have a feeling I'll order something from Piperlime by the end of the day so I can get 20% off. Perhaps a sparkley little number to wear on New Year's Eve? LOL.

I'm starting to panic about how I am going to fit in studying for finals with all of the shopping I need to do! Tonight we are going to have a little pow wow about what we are going to get for who. I need to get a move on!

Yummy looking wrap!
I love a nice new fleece, I got one last year and am hoping for another this year! Today I bought a desk clock and temperature reader for Nick's desk at work. It was form Overstock.com, great deals!

Have a fantastic night Melissa.

I just seriously considered getting a few $5 magazine subscriptions, but I decided not to- I think I get sucked in to the "it's a good deal" thing too often
